When it comes to Family and Health I only settle for the best. Naturally feeding my children, my husband Gaël (professional athlete) and myself who completely relies on food as medicine, is paramount. After years of looking for a chef who could deliver the most delicious and nutritious food to my family I could not settle for less than Marina.

Marina has such a brilliant mind that even over the course of time she never fails to surprise and create the unexpected. Always following my strict requirements of 100 % plant based diet, completely gluten free, soya free and coconut free. In her presence we learnt invaluable lessons. Her professionalism, kitchen organization, grocery shopping, restaurant’s kitchen stories and tips and last but not least explanation of nutrition facts deepened my knowledge and educated my children on an all other level.

Marina can offer something that we usually find only in our grand-mother’s dishes, she puts LOVE in her cooking and that is the best way to feed your body. I am confident praising Marina’s cooking abilities, great taste, aesthetics, ever growing resources, creativity and nutritional understanding. I finally met someone who understands my expectations and is capable to cater for my needs and high demands: I pride myself to know quite a lot about conscious eating and thanks to Marina I have learnt a lot more.

My name is Giulia Burdet and I’m a private chef with 11 years experience. Working under Marina’s direction has been an excellent experience. She is a professional capable of giving the best to anyone: she has excellent knowledge of natural and vegan cuisine and she is very prepared on what are the nutritional characteristics of food. Marina pushed me to always look for an improvement and with determination she was able to spur myself in the search for new ingredients and new techniques.

Marina was an absolutely amazing addition to our family holiday and she didn’t just cater for us – she created meals with many different dishes and tastes that all complimented each other and was
a taste explosion for our very happy mouths! 
The whole process was incredibly smooth and we all really looked forward to our meals for the whole week.  I can not recommend Marina enough and can say that if you are wondering about having her as your personal chef – the answer
is a resounding YES!!!

We were lucky enough to enjoy Marina’s cooking while staying at a chalet in Chamonix. Marina did a brilliant job of preparing delicious, fresh and creative meals for each of us with all of ourpeculiarities.  She was consistently pleasant and
energetic and even followed up by sending one
of our favorite recipes to us after the fact.
